psst! wanna learn something new this year?
multi strand bracelet |
I'll be teaching my first class for beginners at the excellent Bird On A Wire on Main Street (at Broadway) in Vancouver this Friday, 21st January. The first class will cover basic chain stitch and we will make a wonderful multi-stranded bracelet. The following Friday there will be another class and a new stitch to be practised with a stunning gemchip wire mesh cuff as the result.

on the bench at the moment
My workbench is back in action fulltime once more following the festive break. As you can see, there's a lot of wire and fibre going on in preparation for the Roots gallery exhibition opening at Leigh Square in Port Coquitlam on January 21st. I'm in final push mode, getting e erything together. My thoughts are whirling around moss and lichens and trees, oh my!
