This morning we drove through a blizzard (really!) to get to the Beaty Museum and meet up with friends. I had a couple of cameras (see one in action above in the capable hands of the Wee Guy); she brought a sketch pad and the most delightful pens ever.
At the Beaty I itched to sketch.
At Nitobe Gardens, yearned for my watercolours.
Wee Guy snapped and snapped so there are plenty of reference pictures for laters!
... and a plan to return sans enfants for some uninterrupted creative time.
